    • Day-definite delivery typically in one to five days.

    UPS Second Day Air

    • Delivery by the end of the second business day.

    UPS Next Day Air

    • Next business day delivery by 10:30 am, 12:00 noon, or end of day depending on destination.

    In-Person Pick-Up

    • In-person pick-up is free of charge.

    • Our hours Monday-Friday are 8:00am-1:30pm.

    Box+Foam Delivery

    • For approved customers only.

    • Box+Foam will deliver to approved, local customers.

    • Delivery will be billed separately.

    Customer Arranged Shipping

    • Customers can arrange their own shipping options. Our customer service team will be in touch with you once the order is placed.

  • Special Locations

    • Certain domestic locations will require one or more additional business days to deliver.

    Special Orders

    • It is possible that certain in-stock items may require additional business days to deliver. Customers will be notified of this exception upon delivery of receipt.

    Custom Orders

    • Custom orders require custom shipping timelines. These timelines will be discussed along with the design and production of the custom order.

  • After each purchase is made, a confirmation email including the order number is sent to the registered email address and can be expected within a few hours.

  • In-stock orders will ship within 3-5 business days from the date of payment. All packages will be sent via UPS, unless noted otherwise. Customers have the ability to use a carrier of their choice. Otherwise, the order will be completed using a carrier provided by Box+Foam. A Box+Foam representative will contact the customer to complete the freight payment if UPS shipping is not available for the order. Will call is also available, the customer will be notified by a representative when the order is ready for pick up.
